Strathpeffer Burns Club
Friday 21st January 2000 was the night that the members of Strathpeffer Burns Club had been looking forward to for many months - the 70th Annual Celebrations of the Bard to be held by the Club. To mark both the Millennium and the 70th Anniversary, a record attendance for recent years - ninety members and guests - assembled in Strathpeffer Hotel.
Strathpeffer Primary School
This year 2000, we have been taking photographs of what is happening in our school. We also have pictures of interesting places we visited. We stored this information in a computer. Now we have put our pictures and reports on this Web Site for anyone to read. We would like to hear from other schools in the world.

Strathpeffer Heights Heritage Exhibition Sept 2001
In September of the year 2001, a group of 'Heights Folk' worked together to mount an exhibition in the Achterneed Hall, Heights, Strathpeffer. It was an outstanding success. The photographs from the Heights Heritage Exhibition have been divided into several photograph albums to make it easier to view.

Strathpeffer WW1
The photos in this album are from the Ross-shire Journal during the 1914-1918 War. Newspaper copies had been deposited with Dingwall Museum but over the years had become rather fragile and were in danger of disintegrating and so it was felt that this valuable record should not be lost.

Strathpeffer War Memorial
The war memorial photographs on this site were originally the work of Mr John W Bruce. He has subsequently developed the website http://www.rosswarmemorials.org.uk which gives much more detail.
