The Dingwall to Strathpeffer railway
From 1884 until 1951 there was a single railway line from Dingwall to Strathpeffer which saw the expansion of this once great spa village.
The Friendship Stone
Midway on the ridge above Strathpeffer extending from “The Cat’s Back” to Knockfarrel can be found the Friendship Stone, erected to commemorate a link between Dingwall Academy and Nalband, Armenia.
